I recently took my IS220d for its first service. My model has the multimedia package which means the dealer updates the maintenance screen to show the last service however I never received a booklet which they would stamp after every service as a record in case I ever chose to sell the car on. They tell me one is not available and they have tried to order as a spare but they have never received one. The issue is the multimedia package keeps a record of the last service but not the entire history. Does anybody know were I could purchase/order a service history record booklet for the IS220d model?

This is the part number for a replacement service book and it will say REPLACEMENT or COPY on it.
