anyone else experiencing a rattle just for the 1st couple of seconds during startup, it sounds like its coming from the gearstick area?

Hello Robin,
I have just joined the forum and posted a reply to a comment by 'William' re engine noise.
My 2005 Lexus GS300 has also a rattle when starting from cold although it only happens occasionally, perhaps for a day or two and then vanishes for quite a while. I recorded the noise but cannot identify it. Have you had any more luck with locating it?
