I've just been talking to my neighbour...

It was their sons 17th birthday on Saturday, and they had bought him a R-reg Fiesta...

However, on it's first trip out, the car died and refused to re-start...

They got the garage they bought it from to collect it and find out the problem...






You wont believe what the problem was....

They had done a mini-service before handing the car over... which inlcuded an oil change....

The only problem....

They forgot to put new oil in!


So the engine seized!

Of course... there is a happy ending...


The garage they bought it from is replacing the engine... as they should...

didn't the exact same thing happen to Ryan when he picked up his MR2?


what garage was it?

I don't know the name, but it was a small independant one in Chippenham...

ah hem... that's crazy!! Great garage...must remember to book the lex in there!!

Oh yeah....

I'm gonna go there for all my servicing
