Picked up new SE-L last Saturday, just got round to uploading the pics. So far delighted! We got the wood pack, would recommend it to anyone trading up from existing RX. Tried the all leather steering wheel but it just wasn't the same.

It has done me well over the past 3 years.....

However it is being replaced next week by a spanking new Audi TT 225. .

The other half has just put in an order for an Audi A4 Cabriolet, but delivery not until early September - the summer will be over by then!

id say with choice...the rx

had a 225 TT fully loaded on order when they were very first released in germany...........cancelled when all the problems started rearing there heads.

i would possibly get the new version due for release in a couple of years

Is that a carkit antena on the roof or for the radio? If it's the radio it's strange that it is not in the middle - never noticed that at the Open Road Event.

It was the SE-L I drove at O.R.E and loved the rear camera thingy - would you trust it though?

The Lexus guy who should me around the RX300 said he'd still recommend parking sensors even with the camera.

Re the ariel - yes it is the normal one! I too thought it should have been in the middle

Anyway - picked up the TT this morning, ooooooohhh it is so nice - and best thing is it is the total opposite of the RX. If I am feeling like a drive its the TT or want a silky smooth cruise then the RX.

Re the camera, we have tryed it for a week now and it is good, but, having been used to parking sensors in the previous RX we are going to get them fitted again. It just gives that extra bit of confidence when reversing 'ahem' a relatively pricey car.
