It's a completely new bumper (as you can see from the standard bumpers [url="http://www.lexusownersclub.com/gallery/albums/album01/IS200_Bumpers.gif"]here[/url]), but I'm afraid I don't know the make. The modding experts here will know though

Er....Looks like a Mustang nose to me- not sure which model though.

mine is very similar to this one and I dont know what it is. Emailed it to a couple of parts dealers and they still dont know. One of them thinks it could be a bespoke version.
