I use chemical guys trim gel on tyres and plastics and stuff and it's great, haven't used back to black in ages, never really liked it as it's really greasy.

I have a few rust spots on my windscreen wipers (not the blades them self). Will this work on them?

Smooth peanut butter works a treat too, and as an added bonus, you can make your sandwiches with the rest of it :)

Not really, this stuff just makes black plastics or rubber look nicer (it's a dressing really). If the wiper arms are rusty, the proper way would be to give them a quick rub down, apply some rust treatment and then spray some black paint on it.

For black trim there's many options you could go for.I prefer to use the multi-functional 303 Aerospace Protectant, but for the plastic solely, you could consider Dodo Juice Supernatural Trim Sealant or G|Techniq's C4 for something more durable, but more pricey initially.http://www.thepolishingcompany.com/303productrange.htmlhttp://www.dodojuice.com/supernatural-accessories.htmlhttp://gtechniq.com/shop/3s-for-cars/exterior-coatings/c4-permanent-trim-restorer/

Anything but Back to Black imo. As soon as it rains it makes your car look like a woman crying through mascara.

Another vote for the peanut butter here. Last car had black bump strips along the doors and the peanut butter would get rid of the white wax marks brilliantly. Used to apply it with an old soft toothbrush to work it in and then wipe over with a damp soapy cloth. :winky:

Cheers

Dave.
