Hello,
sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you cant. Well not in an IS200 anyway. However if you just need to put a long length in you could un-zip the little port hole behind the arm rest on the back seats if that helps?

As LexusLloyd says- the IS200 doesn't have folding rear seats.
