Theres a set of 18" SC430 wheels going on ebay

Anychance someone with a decent painshop type package could do the bis to see what they would look like on an IS (just to be nosey). :P

And would they fit ok?......the studs should be fine.but not sure of the offset etc :geek:

they look better on the IS than they do on the SC - I think they look poo on the SC (nice car tho!)

id say go for it, if they blatantly dont fit you can always bung them back on EBAY

Ill have a go, but i cant go too high...............after the mortgage/car/bills......i dont have too much left nowadays :angry:

BTW the SC alloys have an offset of 40, rather than 45 of the IS..

They should still fit okay, and not rub as long as you don't drop it more than 30mm..

I seem to remember some problem with the run flat tyres they have on. I think lexus were replacing the tyres under warranty for owners. Something to be aware of - you might need to buy a new set of tyres for them. Have a search - you should find some posts somewhere.

I did a poll round some friends and all of them preffered the normal wheels.........This and a complaint from the other half of them being gold (or at least look it in the ad)........ :whistling:

So ill hold out for a bit......and save some more cash.
