came up on another forum while talking about fitting heated washer jets - i didnt realise screenwash came in different strengths but it does - so with snow on the way and winter here i got rid of all my summer cheapo screenwash out the squirters and bought the heavy duty stuff that wont freeze till its -23 !! on sale in halfords on a 3 for 2 offer - im sure its available everywhere but if youre getting ready for winter,,, read the bottle and check the freezing temperature

Or just replace your screenwash with neat Jack Daniels !! :winky: (Now I KNOW everyone is going to Google the freezing point of JD now :P )

The freezing point of ethyl alcohol is -117.3°C. best I could find on google, try saying ethyl alcohol after drinking Jack Daniels at -117!
