Few questions about the main interior front light,

One is ive noticed it dosent come on when you unlock the car or open the door but does when you push it manualy, is ther two diffrent fillaments on the bulb or?

And also is ther a ice white led replacement for it what bulb does it use?

the front interior light doesnt come on when you unlock the car, its only the rear one that does.

yes you can fit LED replacements such as [url="http://www.ultimatemods.co.uk/lexus-is200-interior-bulb-31mm-festoon.html"]THIS[/url] but while it looks good and gives a nice ice white glow to the car, it provides absolutely f*ck all useable light because the LEDs are too directional. so ive left the front one standard incase i actually need to see anything in the car.

and at some point ill be replacing it, probably with one of [url="http://www.rhdjapan.com/luxer1-led-center-room-lamp-altezza-runx-bb-rav4-54852"]THESE[/url] which should give a more even spread of light.

Iv'e got [url="http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/LEXUS-36-LED-PANEL-WHITE-interior-dome-light-/170406558485?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item27ad05bb15"]THIS[/url] one, 36 led's, nice and bright

In the front light i went for the 12LED version of the one Tommy has linked to.... Then in the middle dome light i went for the 24LED version. I also put a 12LED version in the boot light.

the standard is bright enough to be honest.

i dont think its for the brightness, why change the dash lights? it doesnt make them any brighter, but it looks cool.

This is with both the dome (24LED panel) and map light (12LED panel) lit so brighter than when you unlock the car or open a door... And then the one below that is the boot with the 12LED panel in.
