hello i no this has been covered before on here and sorry to be bringing it up again but i have an is200 sport with sat nav want to change stereo and keep sat nav original. i no it can be done and has been done. another post said to speak to fargo but pm'ed him with no reply so wondered if anyone else could help me. is it just finding power sources for the screen? power, remote power and earth or is it more complicated? hope someone can help. thanks very much, timtrimmer

You do need the box off Fargo. He did sell them on Ebay at one time, ive never really figured out the circuit needed. but there is a post somewhere on here where someone else explained it, have a search for that

have searched high and low and still no fix still no word from fargo. all i could find is keeping the original head unit aswell as an aftermarket, not that keen on the idea is there no other way to get hold of fargo? thanks

sorted it now. started the task of changing the leds in the air con controls unit now

How did you keep the audio? Or did you just leave it out? Ta :)

I would be interested in this as well on how did you fix it without paying nearly £120 to that company in the US

would also be intrested,have a steath audio old skool setup planned very soon,and have changed the dead oem head unit already,but have the factory sat nav,

İ changed my stereo to a aftermarket and because the navigation gets its power from the stereo cable had to bridge the cable with a 50 ohms resistor which done the job. Running with no problems now. Hope it works for you

I managed to keep the audio for the sat nav by removing the lower PCB from the original header unit and kept it pluged into the amp. i have hidden the the PCB behind the dash. If anyone would like pics just let me know.
