When my car ( lexus is 220d - 2008 ) stay for one day at minimum -5*C , when I start the engine, for 2-3 minutes is heard a metallic noise .
That is happen when the engine is cold and outside is a low temp ( - ) . On the video the noise is heard on second 21,25, 28 ...

I`m not sure exactly.

Could it be the air-con pump.

It sounds a bit like the 'Sonic' induction kit I have on my Supra, taking in air.
