i notice looking at some posts that some of you have JDM dash tray. whats special about it & where about on dash is located? is it any other use apart from storing loose change & bits of paper etc?
also short antennas, i believe is standard on jdm spec altezza. where do you guys buy these 'jdm' stuff from in UK?
cheers

Hi danny_boy, welcome to the club.
I bought my short aerial from www.lextasy.com who are based in the US. think the cost was around £16 which inluded delivery. The best thing about it was it arrived in 4 days

you could always just go to your local honda garage and get an aerial for an S2000 or the new shape civic - those fit also.

Be careful though, coz apparently this isnt the real JDM antenna.

or you go to your loca Vauxhall dealership and buy a Frontera sport SWB antenna, its 8 inches chorter than the OEM lexus one

Although the civic ariel does fit the IS200, it doesn't quite match the base (I nicked the g/f's to try), and therefore doesn't quite look right (IMHO).
I do not know about the S2000 one though.

the s2000 antenna is also slightly fat, however i can vouch that the Frontera antenna is a perfect fit
