Can i fit a 19" wheel with 245/35/r19 rubber into the spare tire spot in my trunk?

If the total size of the wheel and tyre is the same as what you currently have on your GS, then yes. If not, then no......... :huh:

You should be able to get than in the boot
I have 18" wheels with 245 -40-18's on and they fit with room to spare (if you'll pardon the pun!!)
