Hi guys, i am having trouble locating the auto transmission fluid dipstick 2000 yr GS430

Not been on for few days so only just noticed this post. The autobox dipstick is on n/s between the bulkhead and the engine oil dipstick. Look at the leading edge of battery and follow that line to the engine.

I'll try to take pic if I can find my camera. If you look at n/s of engine the autobox dipstick is between the two cylinders nearest to the bulkhead, about 6" nearer the bulkhead than the yellow coloured engine oil dipstick. It has a fairly small red top to it which can be very hard to spot. Suggest a torch might help to see it IF it is there. If you cannot see it I am wondering if it is missing so you would need a torch to see the hole that the dipstick fits into.

Thanks bud, i found it, no wonder i could not see it, they have put some lpg equipment right above it !

Read up how to check the level - it may need to be with engine running and having selected all gears before neutral. My Soarer auto box was like that, not sure on yours.

Ye i will bud, thats how most have to be checked as you say...
