hi,
where can i buy a OEM IS200 type rear fog light switch? i want to replace the plain switch i got now. will Lexus be able to sell me one as its an Altezza?

also how can you tell if the car been derestricted apart from testing how fast it goes? jap cars like Skyline GTR in japan is limited to 114 so MPH unless you get it derestricted, is this so with the Altezza?

Best bet for the switch would be to find a breakers yard with an IS - that way you can have a play and it won't cost too much.

As far as the restrictor goes, you could see if there are any helpful airfields nearby...

Jap imports are restricted to 112.5Mph I thought....

Checking it is a bit tricky as I know there are some ports imports out there owned by members that are imports, not played with (to much) and still do 130+mph......

with regards derestriction , your speedo should have been converted to mph i presume to pass the sva test when imported , tne chip i soldered in to convert derestricted it at the same time . hope this helps

When you've got it, PLAY with it - the car that it is
