Hi

Can anyone tell me whether I need a conversion kit for driving a factory standard 2000 IS 200 SE in France or can the headlights themselves be adjusted?

If I need to buy anything, does anyone have any suggestions?

The Lexus accessory brochure mentions the following for the IS...

Headlamp Beam Converters £5.95 (inc VAT) - Please ask your Lexus Centre to advise you regarding the outline required and positioning on headlamps.

Might be possible to buy a kit from the big H, not sure if it's going to be much cheaper tho

I took my IS to France last year and doing the same again in August. Halfords kit was a couple of quid, official Lexus was about a tenner and had to be ordered in.

i know that legally you should get headlamp deflectors ( forget about adjusting them) but i have been in europe for the past 2.5 years with out deflectors and have not been flashed once - its up to you but i personally would not bother.
