Help, I have HTC Trophy phone and it connects to Bluetooth kit no problem, the trouble starts when I try and get my contacts in to the phonebook. I thought is was my phone so I tried my wife IPhone 3G and that was exactly the same. I have just brought this 2005 3rd generation GS300 SE, it drives like a dream but the technology is a nightmare. Between the bluetooth, the voice activation and Sat nav I will be in a nut house by the end of the week.

Hi Mine is exactly the same with my Blackberry Storm, I find the best way is enter most used manually in the speed dial presets as these are the only ones you can view/dial when the car is moving so seems little point in entering the rest, if you have to stop the car to use the touch screen I feel you might as well use the phone hand set.
Regards and welcome Tony

Hello.
I have an HTC and a GS300 and it's never been a problem to bulk export contacts. Two reasons for this. First I read the owners manual and second I did a quick Google search and downloaded a blutooth ap which sent the bulk data to my car, it takes seconds.
I don't know why you are having nightmares about the technology as the technology is excellent but like most things like this it takes a little bit of effort from the owner.
This is about the 10th topic on 'how to send bulk contacts to my car'.
On the other hand you've made an excellent choice of vehicle, the GS is excellent!
