Mr-Lex
when I first bought my car, the salesman told me it is a cycle process and it will come on and off. But he didn't tell me how long the cycle is  So yes I would like to know the answer to this as well  :whistling: :winky:
Mr-Lex
p.s. my timed cycle varies...can't remember the exact times... :whistling:

My seats do the same, not too sure about the time involved - seems to vary.

Maybe there is a sensor in there that compares seat temperature to butt temperature. ;)
RYX
I always assumed they were thermostatic which is why they'd go on and off at no particular pre set time. :whistling:
Parthiban
yeah its on a thermostat, reaches a certain temp (dunno what it is), then switches off, comes back on when temp drops again and so on....

needing heated seats at this time of year? maybe you got the climate temp too low

when you get someone new in your car , put the heated seat on to your "mates" side and watch , sometimes they won`t say anything because they think they have pee`ed themselfs , cracks me up everytime . :D
