I have had my RX330 since June 2003. I love it!
It attracts a lot of attention, people always
compliment on how pretty it is. I have had fun driving

I STILL HAVEN'T HAD THE TIME TO FIGURE HOW EVERYTHING WORKS (THERE IS SO MUCH)! HAVE YOU RUN ACROSS ANYTHING THAT I MIGHT HAVE MISSED SO FAR?

spooky! i live in Edinburgh and have an RX300 old style being replaced next week with new one and wife and I also have a TT!

found one today and mines coming in on sept 16th! once i sell of my IS200!

I picked my black se version up on may 16th at 9.00am, I was so excited - but only four months later I decided to go back to the is200 sport with sat nav. The sheer size of the rx seemed to take away all impression of speed!
Constant city driving returned an unspeakably bad mpg and small multi stories were a headache!
No denying, it is a fantastic machine though!
Perhaps the hybrid version will bring a bit more excitment to the drive!!!

I have had my Rx 330 for about 1 month. Has anyone had as problem with a tapping noise? Sounds like it comes from the engine.
Dealership says it cannot be fixed.
Anxious to hear any response.

Had my RX300 SE since original release last May. Totally reliable, totally silent on engine - no tapping but have seen posts reporting tapping Lexus engines on these forums. Got 30mpg on a 70mph drive to Devon but dropped to 24mpg at 85mph going to Spain.

Can't fault it except brochure states that front and rear mud flaps are fitted. They are not. Mine gets filthy down the side in this weather.

UK and US have different engines. Not heard of tapping noise problems in the UK.

You may want to post your question about tapping engine on the US forums to get a better response.

Is RX330 officially available in the UK - or are these imported vehicles?

I've never seen a RX330 in the UK, not even imported. We get the smaller engine RX300.

They will be from the US. Although there are US, NZ, and European forums there are a lot of international members on the UK site.
