Hi guys,

I have recently had a prang in my car and had to get a new dash, now the reading on this and the actual milage amount is about 40k out? is there a way of adjusting the dash reading without just removing the cable from the back for a bit?

are you saying the new dash came with new clocks ?

just get it logged with lexus, with proof of clock change
should satisfy any purchaser

i think that all clocks are "clocking proof" nowdays, as much as they can be

sorry, when I mean new dash I just mean the actual speedo rev counter etc, had a electrical problem, and got a new (2nd hand) unit, which I put in. But I can't afford the amount people are asking for to recalibrate the milage, due to the cost its taken to get back on the road
