My GS300 seat belt return springs are very weak and really need replacing or re-tensioning. Does anybody know if you can tighten the springs or is it a replacement job?

I've just bought a GS300 with the same problem (and all the ones I saw before buying had this problem). So I would really like to know how to fix this too.
BTW, my first post on this great forum. I expect lots of useful discussions and problem solving.
