My rad is full to the max and I would like to know how I can drain it a bit so that I can top it up with anti freeze. As some may remember I had trouble with it a while back and now thiink that after all the extra water i put though and in it I may have very littlle if any antifreeze

i think there is a tap at the bottom.. i always use a syphon tool

I'm also about to renew my anti-freeze, am I right it should be about 50/60 % of the coolant ?

Mikel depends where you are. Best bet is to look on the can / bottle that you buy and base it on the lowest temperature that you get where you are. ( Also it's a summer coolant as well smile.gif ).
