So now I am really confused , someone says that if I have the leveling switch I dont have HID's and someone else says that they have HID's and a leveling switch, any ideas how I can tell just by looking at the lights if they are HID's?

Hi, I have just fitted Hid kits on my gs300se 1999,so i wouldnt think that you have them fitted,think they only fitted them on 2000 upwards. They make a hell of a lot difference though, (their bostin) as they say. As for the h/light leveller its there for you to change your lights if, for instance you have a weight in the back,you can adjust them down. ← Hi Blackbird Where did you get the HID kit from and how much did it cost? Thanks Guys I will wait for tonight and have ago. Also I can tell you there is a leveling switch just down to the right of the steering wheel. If I had HID's would I need this? Matt

Hi All I have just purchased a 98 Lexus GS300, please can someone tell me how I can tell if I have HID lights or just standard, I have no idea what to look for to tell the difference. Thanks Matt

Hi all, This is my first post on the site, I have just purchased a 98 Lexus GS300 SE with Sat Nav. I want to change the stock wheels to 18" wheels, can anyone tell me what sizes I need to buy for the fronts and rears and a need to know sizes so that I dont make the speedo out. Any advice would be good. Thanks Matt
