Hi. I fitted an eight sensor system myself. They're excellent.
Look on eBay for Naviks. This little interface hooks up to your sat nav computer in the boot and allows a camera.
I also added iPod/iPad/iPhone connections to it do I can watch video on the nav screen and listen to tunes from my phone etc.
Gary.
There is nothing under the back seat, but the subwoofer is behind the backrests. I've seen a conversion kit on a U.S website that basically turns it into a luggage hold. The name escapes me for now.
Gaz.
Hi all.
I need the above part. Can anyone point me in the right direction for a replacement?
Hopefully without having to spend £200+ on one from the dealer!
Cheers
Gary.
Hi, Go here http://www.jkwebdesign.net/lsocbb/index.php?sid=d53c5df123cb24d624de34f01b983303
and PM a guy called V84.
He makes (very good) carbon bits for the Mk3 Soarer. He may be able to do the MK4 dash if enough silver crosses his palm lol
I'm contemplating prototyping a kit for my SC430. Prob got the bits laying around to do a rough tester.
Got a customers car and a project Soarer for my own company to do first though. May try and squeeze it inbetween.
Gary
Hi Gary, I have the identical problem. Could you let me know where the sensor is located on the back axle please? Is it easy to spot? Kind regards, Colin
On the passenger side bud. You'll spot it attached to the lower arm.
Why is that :-)
Because of this VOSA flowchart (although it's July 1995 rather than 1994):

If you get your MOT man to list the car as modified then you don't need to re-fit the cat.
