    When i had a look at fitchett87's sat nav a few weeks ago i just took the disc out of the unit cleaned it and put it back in to reboot and he said the last time i saw him it was working fine so might be worth a try? I got an updated disc for mine on e-bay which updated my system and made it a lot quicker than it was? Could you borrow a copy of a newer sat nav disc to see if it updates your system??? Thanks for the reply, I tried that and its still the same. I'll try and get an updated disc and give that a go. Many thanks.

    I also have a problem with my sat nav. I have a 1999 is200, the sat nav turns on and then says PLEASE OPEN THE DOOR PLEASE CHECK THE CD ROM can anyone help.
