I had bought such a manifold for my ex-civic from the US years ago, but it corroded after few months, so it was not made from stainless steel, just chromed so it died very soon. Thanks for advice. I tried various settings from 7 to 11. No difference in smoothness. TO Ormi: I am using 5PK790 belt-Contitech-new. It is very tight fit. I already took advantage from your previous experience..:)

Hi all, I finally managed to get a charger from Switzerland. Got it rebuilt just to make sure it pushes right and installed with the HKS FCD. However, I am not happy with the way it is pushing when I push the gas pedal down. From 2500 to 3500 rpm, when I give it full throttle, the acceleration is not smooth and it seems like there is a little cut. It is not a fuel cut as such, I tried w/out the FCD and so I know the FCD works, but I have to push the pedal slowly within the mentioned rpm range in order to avoid the pulling back. From 4000 rpm up, it kicks hard up to 6000 on all gears. Belt is new and tight, everything else is correctly mounted. Any ideas or is this normal with the charger kit?

Hello guys, is there any substitute for the TTE supercharger belt tensioner? TTE does not supply it anymore and I am wondering from which car they took it for the kit.... any ideas? Thanks for help !!!

Hello, I have Lexus IS200 with TTE lowering springs. After fitting these, geometry was done according to the basic figures set by Lexus. Front tyres are unevenly worn from the inside after few thousand miles. Is it possible to get the correct values for my summer wheel set 8x17 ET 35 with 215/45 R17 tyres and also for winter set of regular Lexus 17" wheels ? As I am not able to send a PM to Tony from WIM and I am located in Prague, making it difficult to get it sorted out at WIM as well, I am trying to get the correct values for my car this way. Thanks for your support !!!

Hi, is there something new going on ? I also wanted to ask if it is necessary to use the decatted piping with the s/c ? Is it otherwise gonna burn the cat soon or is it just a matter of flowing of the gases? Possibly gaining some power after remapping? Thanks Jan
