Hi folks I now have this problem on my 2006 RX400h. Swallowbarn - how did you manage to make your case for replacement - I'm getting the same kind of verbal brush-off as others, but I'm just about to start writing letters...

When using the http://www.lexus-mapupdates.eu/ website you will need to enter the longer code (7 numbers & letters) after 86271 - find the data under the DVD-ROM symbol on the Europe A disc, on the second line just below 86271-53030, The service is excellent - discs promptly delivered, work well & are a significant improvement IMHO. Good luck!

I got replacement discs myself from NavTeq - no problems, working fine & noticeably better around South Glasgow as it shows all of the big new roads!! :D

good reports elsewhere on LOC fora regarding Lexus NAVTEQ updates who distribute official discs promptly, apparently - though cannot speak from personal experience, yet.

Hello! Researching possible purchase of RX400h a few weeks ago. Googled LOC. Bought car. Joined LOC for more info. BIG smiles all round. Will be sharing all my automotive ignorance soon, no doubt - but will mine the FAQs first!
