    it it possible to reset the trip computer on a 2012 250 f sport as it does not have a knob on the left like the earlier models

    I think the earlier models were HB4's and the later ones H11's as my 250 f sport(facelift with drl) has H11's although some bulbs sites listed it as HB4's

    thanks it's just that I took the scuff plates down my local garage and asked them to sort of test them before I proceed to try and fit them and they wouldn't light up

    how would or what's the best way to you find out if at set of illuminated scuff plates work before actually fitting them

    personally I don't think there is,as the disclaimer states, I used to be a gold 🥇 member myself but having weighed it up,(my nearest dealer is in Milton Keynes), didn't think it was worth paying almost 40 quid for the privilege

    If you have an OBD reader plug it in and see if it comes up with any error or fault codes and take it from there
