  1. ace8800 thanx for your help.i think i will go with the eibach springs after i replace the clutch plate and bearing if i have any funds left.have you got a side view pic of your car after lowering i seen the pic of your car before lowering many thanx again mate

  2. love your car is there a noticeable difference in your car before and after lowering.h and r springs may just lower it too much and harden the car too much .have you any side view pics of your car to see your mod.also where did you get your f sport badges on the wings.many thanx john.
  3. hi there love your car how did the car feel on the hand r springs first.i have a 220d se l.iwant to lower it slightly.was thinking of lowering it on eibach prokit springs on the standard shocks.some people tell me it will ruin the ride of the car.eibach say there is only slight difference in ride.the car needs to be lowered but i do not want regret any thing.can you recommend a good supplier for springs and where did you get your led tailights many thanx
  4. what is the difference between progressive and linear loading
  5. My IS250 SE-L has 19" rims and is on the American specification Eibach springs which give a staggered drop of 32 mm at the front and 24.4mm at the rear, so this may be better suited if you are towing. The European spring set is indeed 30mm all round and also gives a slightly softer ride than the American Spec (American spec has progressive loading whereas the European spec is described as linear). The ride isn't particularly harsh, probably similar or slightly softer than my IS-F.
  6. hi there h and r springs lower the car by 35mm all around i have been told
  7. upgraded my lexus is 220 se-l 17 inch wheels to 18 inch sport polished rims.the car looks high on springs.i was thinking of lowering the car on eibach springs giving the car a 30mm drop. has anyone views on how this will effect the ride of the car.some people tell me it will ruin the drive of the car.also i tow a caravan will the lowered suspension effect how it tows.has anyone any pics of their cars lowered.also some people prefer h and r springs.will the drop be very noticeable.would i be able to lower the car sucessfully or would it be best to leave it alone many thanx
