I have a GS 300 Year 2005. Runs great, I wonder if I should install asupercharger or a double turbo ? The car I had b4 was GS 300 year 1997, with double turbo, that was a fast pick up. But I ask does it use more gas ? Nice to drive, Can I install one in my present GS 300 ? How do I go about it ? lexuspcl8811 -
Shocks and struts,,, I know that sometimes different types of oil will coagulate, get lumpy but never thought that coolant will coagulate if mixed. Gotta be careful these cars cost. Lot and cooling is et important. What's the difference between coolant and anti freeze so are they he same ? Lexuspcl8811

My car a Lexus gs300 year 2005. Started pulling to the left. This was annoying. I balanced the wheels a d aligned the car, but it still Kept pulling to the left. I changed all the tires. I had 245x 45x18 I got some Dunlop Japan , 275x40x18 and changed all four, even tho I noticed the left front tire may have been thebaddie. Car runs nice now. Are these sizes good ? Or should I put smaller tires in front ? Lexuspcl8811

My experience is ,,, I went with my wife o the Medco . She was driving, she hopped out .i jumped in the drivers seat and drive away, I went around he kroner and parked. The car ran beautifully. Showed no signs of shutting down, I parked and switched off.The baby will not start, Shucks I finthave the key, my eifehadit. Eifehadit it my wife had it,I gatheredthatthe year needs thekeytostart, but once startedit will run even if u take the key away. It appears as if I have lost one of my Transistor keys, battery No.1632 Shwing off. an I buy a key in the USA for it ?m and then can Toyota programme it there. We have no Lexus shop as such. It was bought in the Uk, likely London, and shipped to me in The west Indies.
I will like the history of the cat say the First dealer, The first buyer if any, ot if it was a new vcar, As The seller told me, anddelivered to me as the first owner, He told me it was a 2008 but I discovered that it is a 2005.

Hi Newbie, I have a Lexus GS 300 Yr 2005 . Funny thing the seller told me it was a 2008, but seat belt clues and no lights on the door mirror speaks 2005. It looks nice and rides well but I had an uncomfortable and puiilsh drive, Yes the tyres. Changenthem after awhile and she ries very well. Then there is this small star burst crack on the windscreen which obviously have been repaired prior to delivery to me, Then the Low Pressure lights was staying on, I tried to get them off but failed, seems kile the sensors !!!! And this was supposed to be a new car that the guy sold me, The odometer was very low. Lexuspcl.

Hello Guys, I want to get the sensors for the front wheels left and Right for my car. It is a Lexus GS 300 ( 2005) Year of Manu. That should be sufficient info, Not enough, sure My parts guy in ON canada checked and gave me Part Nos and prices, only he had to look under 2006 as nothing showed for 2005. In Trinidad wher I live I gpot different part nos fro Toyota. Help and here is the Chasis No, JTHBH965805006712 tHIS CAR IS rIGHT hAND dR AND WAS EXPORTED FROM UK. Mates, I live in Trinidad and tObago, I have got this Lexus GS 300 (2005 ) nd its fitted with GPS Is this any good for mr, I can see the logitude and Latitude of where I am . But what good is that to me ? Can it be made to show local street etc, and can it be helpful in locating the vehicle if stolen, Perhaps by some addition euipment like a tracker in conjunction with the GPS it has? Hoping to hear. Fellows, One year ago I bought a supposedly New car from a Showroom in London. I live in the Caribbean. The slaesman Importer told me that it was a display model a new car a 2008 Model. Further checks and observation reveals that it was a 2005 model, with an amazing low mielage, about 700 miles. The seat belt screams 2005.noticeably the tags from the front belts were missing. Off course there are the chasis numbers and mOdel number etc, Can anyone help me to find out if this vehicle was purchased New or if was a ised second hand vehicle. I can supply the chasis No. if required. The vehicle is Right Hand Dr, Thanks mate. lexus............

My Dear Fellows, Sometime ago I joined the club but got no response. I am back here to try again, My problem is that from the day I got my GS 300 ( Yr, 2005) slightly used from the UK, I noticed that the Low Pressure warning Light was on. As expected I put pressure in to 30 lbs, The light styaed ON. It appears to accept the signal as I try to reset it but quickly returns to show Low Pressure, The warning red Triangle aslo comes ON and stays ON. My tryes are pressured if 30 lbs is Good, and I drive about but that light is annoying, and depictsa fault. Is 30 lbs sufficient or should I put in more say 35 lbs? Or Do you think as I have been told that the two sensors are bad. Checks with Toyota here in Trinidad say that they are bad and should be replaced, If so I will like to know the part Numbers and costs, and is there someone who can get them for me? LexusPCL8811

1/ The model number should be GRS 190 not ers190 2/ The chassis number does not appear to exist and seems to be 1 digit missing. 3/ If the date on the rear seatbelt is 2005 then the car is either a 2004/2005 car or it has had the rear belts changed at some point....possibly following a collision. I think I would be questioning the supplier of the car and possibly contacting the police.
