Can somebody explain to a simpleton like me what the dome fuse is? Is this the larger ones???

Help and advise pls.My central locking and interior light does'nt work. Ive checked fuses and cantfind any blown. The problem i do have is the cover for the drivers side fuse box is missing so ive no idea what fuse does what. Ive tried the reprogramme procudure but that aint going to work for obvious reasons as there is no power to the switch, mind you the little red light is lit on the switch so maybe there is. Anybody cast any light on this for me before i have to go do dredded lexus dealer??
