  1. well i bought mine as a run around, something to trash about and use as a work horse.somethin that wudnt let me down. it does take a good beating and still keeps goin. fuel sucks though.. original timing belt still goin at 107K ,,

  3. hi everyone..looking to replace my fuel filter for is200. could anyone please advise me where the fuel filter is located,, ive had a good look around engine bay and underneath, am i missing sumthing.. thanx. and should this be a DIY job or should i take it to a garage??
  4. Good evening Parthiban Did you do the mod on your mirrors to fold in on lock etc, or was it already done when you got the car. I can only assume that the cables for the switch have been re-routed to the ignition switch. Regards Nick the other way to do that is get an aftermarket alarm fitted and have the windows going up when you lock it,, they use the same module for the side mirrors,, i had it done on my integra and it was well cool,, they also use to fold back out when you unlock the car..
  5. ormi you must be an old man.. £200 for insurance.. i can only dream..... i do it the old fashioned way.. dont declare nothing kus once you have then its on the system and if sumthing happens then run round and remove the mods before the insurance investigator comes round. lol
  6. should do,, try phoning livingston auto parts (i think they list it as a brake fitting kit) otherwise try a universal kit from ebay item number is 250695039221..or search "universal shims) thats £7.00 delivered.
  7. insurance premiums have gone up this year.. my renewal came thru at £1200 compared to last year at £470. MORE THAN DOUBLED even though i got 7 years ncb. i wouldnt dare tell them my mods...

  10. fibre glass... NO WAY id rather go without.. the amount of times ive hit , scraped, scuffed, my bumper,, im just glad mines plastic..
  11. mines a w reg sport, done 106k and needs loads work... bushes, bearing, cracked windscreen, sunroof seal,, dodgy clutch, a full service, missing 2 whhelnuts, need clips and shims for the brakes not to mention inside tyre wear BUT IT STILL DRIVEs
  12. same ere,, done 16k since i had mine,, never had o top up on oil..
  13. mind you they are sometimes for sale as single wheels on ebay,, they go for bout £50 to £70
  14. ifyou dont get these then good luck with waiting. there not that rare but never find when u want em. it took me 12months to find second hand set and they was £310 quid..
