I have recently changed the two wishbone's on my 96 Ls400 I bought a pair off Ebay, after I had them put on the camber was well out so much that the car was always trying to kill me I have had the camber altered but its still not right but a lot better at least I can drive it now has anyone else had the same problem Steve.

Its a lovely car and if you didn't know it was a CAT C you would be really pleased BUT it is and so is not worth anything like what its advertised for that's the problem. If you don't and the car is ever in an accident the insurer will know the car as been a cat c and this will effect any payout you receive you may also have trouble insuring it fully comp for the same reason, as for do you declare the car was a cat c they can soon find out if it was Steve.

I have to agree it is a CAT C and is only worth half of what ever the market value is and I don't mean the price this seller is asking yes its a nice car and you will probably be very pleased with it but at the end of the day a CAT C is not worth full price sorry Steve.

ahh remember having one of those - I had the sluggish 2.5TD - slow old thing - luckily I sold it before I had any head gasket/fuel pump related problems with it! - the 2.8 is better/smoother and doesn't need a cambelt No they don't but I know of a few that's have snapped there camchain's

I went to Italy last year in mine I had no problem in Germany the only place I did have trouble getting LPG was in Austria, Belgium was by far the cheapest to buy LPG.

Bet you any money its a tyre issue check what make they are budget tyres are known for making a lot of noise, also when you put new tyres on always put them on the front.
