I have a problem with the dashboard of my 93 LS400, is there anyone who can give me details of a repairer for the electronics in the binnacle. Help

Can anybody give me details of a Uk repairer for the LS400 dashboard. Lights and gauges stay off for about 10mins of driving and then come on as iof by magic. iThink it is on the high voltage circuit board however i am desperate before i get a speeding ticket.
