  1. Like those a lot! Guessing they won’t offer them in the sizes I want next though? Looking for the following: 19 x 9.5 with an offset of 49 up front, and 19 x 11 with an offset of 61 at the rear.... Should allow me to run 265/35/19’s up front, and whopping 305/30/19’s at the back. That should help put some of my new found power to the tarmac! Lol. If not it’s spend some money time as I’ll be ordering a set of CCW’s from the States early next year hopefully!
  2. I know Cezar, I'll still set off as planned at 5:30am, going to be a long day, but I'm sure i'll enjoy every second of it! Should sleep well when we get to the hotel! Nice thing for me and anyone closer to Kent is we will be roughly half way by the time we reach Toddington services, so we can probably afford to take a 15-20min breather/restroom break anyway.
  3. I will stick to my plan in terms of timing Dan, we can always stooge for the 15mins Cezar needs to meet up at 7:15am. If we get there earlier, sounds like you'll be hanging around! Lol.
  4. Hey Dan, So AA route planner reckons it’s roughly 75 miles from my house to Toddington Services, and should take around 1hr 22mins to get there. It also reckons it’s 162 miles from mine to Lexus Derby, and should take around 2hrs 48mins. I was planning to be on the road by 5:30am, so in theory that would mean we would be at Toddington services around 7am, and would reach Lexus Derby around 8:30am or so.... Thing is we won’t know how bad traffic will be or if there will be any accidents or delays, so do we think this sounds ok, or should we aim to leave earlier? It’s not a bank holiday, and pretty early for folks to be on the roads in force I reckon, but we are travelling a fair old way, so happy to go with the flow. Cheers, Pete
  5. 1. Yes. 2. 1 car - mine. 3. 2 people (Wife & I) 4. No dietary requirements. We also need to start talking timings if we are going to link up, convoy and be at Lexus Derby for 9am or thereabouts..... Going to be an early start, but will be an adventure for sure! 👍😎
  6. Hey Guys, So thought I’d share some photos of the different bits for reference purposes. If you can let me know the cost difference between double and single sided please Dan? Might be worth getting the prices first, then we can all decide which we prefer.... As long as the parts on show are carbon, I’m not worried mate. If you have parts on show that aren’t carbon, you may need to get them painted body colour.... just something to consider as it will be an added cost. Cheers, Pete
  7. Hi Dan, I’d be looking at double sided for both please matey. Cheers, Pete
  8. Couldn’t agree more, brings the back end bang up to date in my view. Not too much, but when added to my carbon parts, just looks mean and moody! 😉. Quite easy to fit, and wiring was plug ‘n’ play so that was cool. I’d certainly recommend them to anyone who isn’t sure.
  9. You know it! 😂 I think the replica’s are a bit more reasonable, but finding a good one is a bit of a lucky dip! They do look nice when done properly though.
  10. Morning Chaps, So little update on my car. Finally got my VLAND rear lights installed. Have to say I personally really like them. Nice touch is the reverse lights are also fogs! Read it on the US forum, but does actually work! So come MOT time, no drama. Hoping to get the new smoked rear bumper LED lights fitted and wired up before our Peaks & Dales meet. Thanks again to my niece to be Kayleigh for snapping these great shots. Enjoy!
  11. Hey, That I believe is the Ventross full replacement boot lid. See here: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-f-2008-2014/773642-isf-ventross-rep-carbon-fiber-trunk-installed.html
  12. Hi Dan, I’d consider front lip and side skirts in the twill weave. May also have a contact to help with shipping? Worth checking if we get enough interest.... Presumably to bolster numbers we could just say it’s 2 order if you want a lip and skirts, 3 if you wanted the diffuser as well....?? Means we get more numbers with less buyers if that makes sense.....
  13. They were adjusted and setup for me by Lee P at SRD in West Sussex. Don’t think we did any corner weighting, just tracking and alignment. Got the extenders in the boot to adjust stiffness, and adjustment for the fronts is on the top of each strut tower.
  14. Greetings! So as already mentioned, the BC BR coilovers with the Swift spring upgrade is arguably the best bang for your buck road setup on a budget. Next up is the cheaper RR-Racing coils, then the Penske’s and finally the Ohlins from Figs that I really like (almost $4K though!). For early cars or even later ones, best balance would be what I and most of the States use at the moment. I’d keep it, nothing out there that compares in terms of performance, practicality and reliability in my view. Good luck!
  15. Nice one Cezar, the more the merrier mate! Should be a right laugh I reckon. Looking forward to it big time!
  16. Cheers Mark. I'm going to hold fire on the whole moving the Defi gauges etc for now. If Motec are able to supply me with a proper standalone ECU solution, I can run the Toucan display which will have all the info my gauges have, plus a load more options as well. Looks like I'll be having a lot of fun swapping out my whole dash when I get the second hand one back from flocking! Lots of wires and screws/clips to take off and refit! Lol. How are you finding the new setup? Still pleased with it?
  17. I’m going to resurrect this thread if I may? With the new setup, do you actually need to retain the OEM one? I appreciate their are other functions connected to it, but there are non-navigation versions which would probably work things like climate etc? I’m just looking at ideas for when I potentially run a Toucan display (will replace all my Defi gauges and work with the new MOTEC ECU setup). Cheers for any input. Pete
  18. Tell me about it! Seems everything apart from the IS F is appreciating at the moment!
  19. Found it. You actually posted the photos up on Christmas Day (that's dedication if ever I saw it!). Looks lovely mate, I'd be happy to drive that around.
  20. Any pictures Dan? Turbo model or n/a? Had a nice red G-Limited a few years back, was an auto, but loved the look of it. Been toying with the idea of getting another one to do as a project car. Then I remember how much time and money I spend on the IS F, and that's as far as it goes for now! Lol.
  21. Mad not to mate, it's a long day otherwise. Keep in mind we will probably be starting around 6am, and will cover a good 300-400miles I reckon. I'd bed down, have a good breakfast, then enjoy a leisurely Sunday drive back once we part ways.
  22. Thanks mate. Apart from the dump valves, you honestly don’t really hear the supercharger. Makes the kill that much sweeter! Lol. Now when I upgrade to the new Rotrex that will support up to 900hp, I’m guessing that may be a little louder, but maybe not? I half expected something out of Mad Max, but it’s surprisingly quiet most of the time. You’ll see next month mate.
