Hello I called Lexus Roadside Assistance to see if last years direct debit was still active and I was told by the lady on the phone, there was no more Direct Debit as Lexus had stopped it for everyone due to complaints and now and only card payment via phone or online was now accepted. Is this accurate and also, why would Lexus stop taking Direct Debit, as I thought it would be easier for them as a company? thanks Jason

With winter coming on in the UK, my 2016 RX450h has 3 tires with 4mm of tread and the fourth nearly new (this is how bought it earlier in the year ). Should i re-shod the wheels in case snow arrives or do you think 4mm will see me out till the early spring? thanks Jason

Herbie is right.. RX450h.. I had a RX400h like you did for 8 years. Now I'm in the 450, its a magical experience: Ride is leagues ahead of the 400, as is steering and power delivery and the technology is brilliant.. No contest ... get one as quick as you can.

hi. It was mentioned to me at Lexus Birmingham that the Lexus Essentials servicing for older cars has been stopped. Now only this Relax thing exists.. I was told about a monthly payment plan, but I'm still not sure the saving is all that great; I think it saves you £180 if you pay monthly. If it was a saving of £400 it might be better

hello I have a Samsung Galaxy A12 that i wanted to use in my RX with wireless charger. A couple of questions: 1: Do I have to take the phone out of it's case in order to recharge it? 2. Does anyone use an adapter from amazon to convert non wireless charging phones into wireless compatible? thanks Jason

I tried writing in my email address when sitting in the car, but there weren't enough spaces to write my full email, which left me confused... thanks in advance Jason

probably needs resetting. It's in the manual

Yes, it's normal. On my RX 450h mine creak. I thought its the antilock braking. It's done it on all the Lexus loan cars I have ever had too, so it doesn't bother me

hello I was tempted to register on the Lexus portal so I can try out the features with my RX450h. I know a bit about computers, but was wondering what other owners thought about the potential security issues of using the Lexus portal in the car? Could the car potentially be hacked and stolen or somehow disabled mechanically, like ransomware? I know I'm probably being paranoid, but thought I'd ask what others thought. Thanks Jason
