  1. My one has done 312500 km and its the white one the in pic but I then changed the engin To a 1jzgte vvti
  2. Hi there I've got a is200 but I modified to the is300 lights you can reseal them I've strip them plenty of times, mine has condensation and it's the silicon that seals the lense to the body of the headlight, you take them out and you stick it in the over at 100 degrees for 10mins and it heats the silicon so you can re seal them with more silicon, to get the light out the bumper comes off cause the hid housing gets in the way. Any questions just reply
  3. andykao i got a is200 and a 1jzgte conversion on my car and ya if you can get a is300 it would be cheaper but depends on your power increase and what you looking for. if you only want 250bhp then a is300 would be a good choice but if you want to turbo it then a 1j swap is the cheapest to go with as you can get a Toyota mark 2 or crown and a chaser and if you can get a front end nose it will have everything you need swap it like engine, gearbox, ecu, wiring. any questions on it i can help
  4. STEVE2006 YOU HAVE NICE ALTEZZA THERE I WISH THEY CAME TO SOUTH AFRICA WHEN I WAS BUYING MY SECOND LEXUS IS200 BUT IM VERY HAPPY WITH HER.
  5. STEVE2006 Thanks. i went to South Africa in November and repaired her as i left her there for 3 years and drove her down to the coast [ Durban ] from joburg, put her in a container and she arrived here and went to fetch her put her on a trailer and brought her home and repaired her in the lockdown and got her mot done aswell as a dyno.
  6. Hi it is a nice conversion but its a big job as I've put a 1jgte in my lexus is200, you need the mountings from the is300, you need a R154 box and get mountings for that gearbox and the ecu from a is300 or your GS300 its just splicing it into the is200, getting a is300 harness and ecu would be a better. if you using the using your gs300 as a the one you taking the motor from then at least you will have the wiring, just use the transponder from the gs to work with the is200 once you put the 2jz in her cause youre key is encoded to the is200 ecu you need the the oil sump from the is300 motor or get a 2jzge as the standard sump will catch on the crossmember. you also need to install a return fuel line the proper shaft from a is300 or a modified one, the exhausts changed aswell also from the is300 or performance manifold cool anything you need help me just message me
  7. hi these cars Ecu are normally ok only problem in the dum place they put it in , i had a problem like this on a customers lexus is i found it to be the ignition switch it was cutting out as soon as it starts and he did great distances as well . the ignition switch on these cars do get worn and it fails to keep connection to the ecu . To see if the ignition is at fault, if it doesnt start or starts and stops , turn the key +- 15 times on and off not cranking the motor then start it up, it should start up and idle if it works then there is your problem replace the ignition, hope this helps :) .
