  1. twotone - sorry to hear about your loss Zee - give the old man a call - lifes too short
  2. Matt How about creating a new forum for each project where only the project owner can post? This would allow quick uploading of photos and give the ability to add text. Just an idea - great believer in keeping things simple me
  3. nilpoints has a well presented case - possibly the key word, for me at least is 'spirituality', this is what I was driving at trying to seperate religion and church - just couldn't find the right word ;-)
  4. I couldn't agree more, however, a lot of people aren't happy with that and try to hard to impress their beliefs and ways on other people/communities...thats where it goes wrong! I guess I'm like Paul and a few others here, I have no religion and choose to believe what I wish, but I do have full respect for others and the religions they choose to follow! But what ever people choose should be for them and not to effect others that wish for something different! Personally I agree entirely; unfortunatly many churches do not. I don't know about Islam but the Christian faiths are actively encouraged to evangalise (Peter, I believe) therefore as a 'true' follower its your duty to 'encourage others to your way of thinking'. To some minds it is a fairly small step to start knocking on doors (Witnesses) or possibly murdering everyone who disagrees (Crusaders and Inquisitors). There needs to be a seperation of church from religion - and politics.
  5. The problem is not religion - all the main-stream religions teach compassion, understanding and tollerance - it's the zelots mis-interpration of the religion. I've no objection to religion, but I can't stand most churches.
  6. Thought that struck me - this is the second time the article has been published - does that mean that the first time it was well received by the war fever fueled audience? (it was first published shortly after 9/11)
  7. I'm a Lexus wanabee; so I'd just have to stick with the scooby. The B*W Z3M Coupe does look sexy though, even if it not too practical

    Help!

It might be worth looking at the backing plate inboard of the disk I had this promlem on a non-Lexus car and it was caused by the backing plate touching the disk sometimes
  9. They are really good value for money, but only if they revolt and get a vote of no-confidence in Blair. By the way does anyone think this is Cherie :shutit:
  10. Thanks very much guys, I've seen a couple of references to the Leicester dealership and they are all very good so I guess they will my first choice - I live in Peterborough so they are also the closest. JONNY-BOY I am thinking in terms of an IS300 SportCross MY2002. The perfect car is listed at Leicester :) but it is a bit too soon and I can't do it yet
  11. I'm looking at changing an Impreza for an IS300 Sportcross. Like the guy on another topic fedup with 'hot' hatches having a pop. Probably from the Leicester dealership - they've a nice one in at the moment but I don't intend to change for a few months yet. The questions are: Any comments on the dealership. or the car - things to lookout for etc and one for the ex-scooby owners - do you miss the four wheel drive much; what does it go round corners like? Thanks in advance Danny
