Yes the screen when I tap the screen it kinda stops then starts again Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC

hi when i start my is300 up sometimes the sat nav or somthing near the sat nav makes a whining sound if you tap it, it sounds like its going away stops for a split second then starts again but after a little while of putting up with this sound it stops.

Please can someone help me out I'm just wondering were and what sort of bulb it is that's in the IS300 51 plates heated seat switch all I know is there tiny and have a little holder which removes with the bulb Sent from my iPhone using Lexus OC
