Good evening all I've just added a 200is to the Lexus collection but I think I may have a problem, the drive home from picking the car was all good and uneventful with no issues. When I arrived home I thought I'd have a quick poke around under the bonnet all appears ok apart from ....... The hose from what I assume to be the water pump is cold! Top hose hot, heater nice and warm, engine temp bang in the middle of the guage, hoses soft and not pressurising can anyone suggest why it's cold or is this normal? I will need to get timingbelt done nest week as overdue, could it be the pump at fault? Many thanks in advance for any replys Jonathan

Hello all Just thought I'd introduce myself and my latest purchase it's the third Lexus I've owned over the years and I couldn't resist buying it when I saw it, plus it was cheap as chips The car is a 2002 gs 430 sport in a silver grey ish colour with a low milage for the year of 80,000, really pleased with it so much so I've even had the cambelt done for the bargain price of £100 Now I'm on the look out of a smaller is200 in the same colour not worried about the mileage just a nice car All the best Jonathan
