Just a better sound to be honest. I know there's nothing you can do about the lack of power but getting a nice noise would be good. Have you found much of a difference from the Pipercross?

Hi, I'm looking at getting an aftermarket air filter and just wondered if anyone can give me an idea of what the best one would be? Obvious choice for me is a K&N but can anyone recommend anything else?

I'm going to try and run mine with the radiator cap off at some point with the hope that it will expel any trapped air and solve the issue. I don't know if mine is having this issue due to an aftermarket rad being fitted?

Yep, he's a girl owned car and I think they're quite manly cars really lol. Yeah he looks lovely today but there's dust already settling on the bonnet. Only problem with a 45 mile round trip to work.

I have got this same problem, did you try running it with the cap off and did it work?

Beautiful car! I have only ever seen 1 other in white and it was awful!

Just thought I'd say hi as I'm a new member. I'm a girly petrol head and I've owned my IS200 sport called Winston for nearly a year, I have never enjoyed driving any of my previous cars as much! It makes me smile every day and I do a daily 40 mile round trip in it. Love keeping him clean (though he needs a new rear bumper at the moment as car park idiots have left him with a split at the bottom) and my partner is admin on a car detailing forum which you can find a link for at Auto Detailing UK on facebook. I don't know anyone else who owns these beautiful cars so it's nice to know there's like minded Lexus fans out there 😊
