  2. Hi guys, I have a 1999 IS200 SE with 135000ish on the clocks, I've owned it for about a year with no problems until this afternoon, I had the car idling while blowing up a tyre, when I got into drive away I saw the engine light on and the TRC off light flashing. I done a quick search on here and saw a few posts about misfires, rough running and cutting out but I've got none of these symptoms....still revs ups and pulls strongly. I've got an OBDII reader but I know that my car is too old for this too work. Is there any other way of trying to read the codes and does anyone have an incline as too what else could cause this. In the mean time, I've disconnected the battery and try an ECU reset. The only other thing I did this afternoon is fill up with super unleaded which I do from time to time.. Thanks in advance Michael
  3. Hi guys. I've just bought a 1999 Is200 and it has come with 2 keys. The 3 button key and a key with no buttons. The 3 button key unlocks all the doors but won't start the car and the other key does start the car. Apparently the 3 button key had it's battery replaced and didn't work after that but managed to get it to the doors to operate. From what I'm reading the 3 button key is the master and should start the car. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks in advance. Michael
