I dont really know what happened there, Because they told me to wait at waiting room to get oil changed

quick question, Do I really need Lexus engine oil to change? because I saw there is Lexus oil sell in ebay, if not necessary What oil should I buy? I'm just a new guy new to Lexus

I bought the wrench from ebay too, Sealey VS7112 which John recommended, I think national guy dont know how to do it they did second time, just told me the oil cap was over tight

I am not a DIY person, national tyre autocentre ,they told me, who did oil change in previous service is over tighten the oil cap. they tried every tools in the store but no luck

Hi John, today went to National Tyre Autocentre try to change my oil, and the wrench which you on your link just cracked.... they told me the cap is over tight, so what should I do? phoned Lexus , they quoted me £63 for just oil filter change. any helps very appreciated
