  1. Thanks for the advice Rick, yes I think it may be rusted in ,I'll be giving it a go.
  2. Hallo...for some reason my disc with handbrake drum on rear doesn't match existing info. I had to take the hub nut off and its not binding on the shoes but its solid and just won't move. The hub nut holds in the disc unit ...not like your on site info. Its a 2001 is 200 just like the others. Any advice appreciated.
  3. Hi.... Anyone know the difference between a M58 and M59 differential on Is 200. This is a manual gearbox. Thanks.
  4. Colin, well it is open behind, but the is no oil seal and no trace of oil either. But the cavity may still go somewhere or may not.
  5. Hallo, the is a cavity at the end of the tensioner/ pulley bolt hole in the area between the pulley case and the block. I would like to know if this leads to the sump or where else as I got some swarf in the cavity ,(long story!!) . 1g fe engine. Thank you. Robert. London. Steve... Here is picture, the hole in centre of picture is the threaded t/p bolt hole which leads to a cavity which may or may not be open to sump. Mike, thanks for your welcome, I know all about that left over bolt after a job, what a life.
