I recently bought an is200, after noticing various intermittent scrapping and clunking noises from the rear wheel,
I stripped it down and replaced pads and disks, something I wanted to do anyway, upon inspection I found this behind the brake disk:
Can't find where it's come from but it's fairly battered and bent , it had also bent the spring pins causing them to contact the brake disk,
after i had put it back together there's a fair amount of grinding, from both wheels, I've drove about 3 miles since and it's still there, it's kind of what I'd expect from the disk rubbing but I'm not sure if it's a bit excessive
