hello alli have a 1995 gs300 lexus2 weeks ago my serpentine belt slipped off and the crank pulley was half hanging off so i tapped it back in and put the belt back onthen the starter motor went last week so i changed itthen a couple of days later when i start turning the steering wheel all the dash lights come on and the steering wheel gets heavy plus the engine appears to slow down but the revs go higher
is this anything to do with the harmonic damperany help would really be appreciated thanks in advance
