So I’m not on here much at all now but I see a few have mentioned they’ve passed onto pastures new …..like @Arnett I did consider an LC 500 and was going to order a new vehicle but decided to take full retirement instead and Mrs Rat and me are off travelling around Europe….in this….
But the petrolhead in me isn’t giving up completely so I’ve got this as well….it’s hilarious to drive….
So I’ll be dragging the Abarth behind the motor home in this country just to slow down all you ‘F’ Fellas ☺️

@NothernDan Dan Yes it was a great day and all I would say if you are going to organise something is find a venue that will take everybody and all the cars….. no matter the numbers and book it ……take deposits if necessary …..it was how I organised ours down south….some pictures here of North Wales gatherings I organised….
As this will stop the issues of people trying to play catch up …parking ……queuing for food drink and so on….more relaxing more time to chill…..

I see you mentioned you’d prefer to deal with an indie, I as have others from this very forum bought performance cars from an Independent dealership near me and their reputation is second to none. I have no connection other than being a very satisfied customer, take a look at them they actually have a E63 Wagon in stock, but if not the one they will source you one to your exact spec.
I have contact details of the sales guy I’ve dealt with if you want to pm me….

No pics of under boot space but I can tell you there is no storage room there.
There are two under floor panels.One covering the tool kit in its polystyrene tray and the other for the battery etc. You could wedge valuables in but thats about all.
As I have said before,the boot and rear seat are well sufficient for travelling.

@Brian R Whilst on eBay Brian don’t know if you’ve already checked but there are no ‘used’ Lc door mirrors …I’ve also checked a specialist Lexus Breakers parts list who I’ve used in the past and nothing there either.
I see you mentioned your considering moving the Lc on not an easy decision I guess I felt the same recently with my Aston Martin V12VS but it’s gone glad I had it, my search for the right Lc will go on as it’s a bucket list car for me, good luck with whatever you choose…

I like the white exterior personally, the interior wouldn’t be for me impart because I’m not sure about the blue, Lexus did this blue with the Anniversary RcF one of which is for sale now.
And as others have mentioned apart from the wheels I don’t believe these were Sport Plus HUD RWS, though happy to be proved wrong.

@Arth_Vader Thanks for the response fella yes only this afternoon I was at Lexus Bristol and apparently a V8 is coming in next week but it’s not sport plus +HUD ….so not for me
I’m going to be patient and wait for the right car with the spec/condition to come up I want, plate change is not far off now so there may be more choice coming to the market……
As regards the interior space dilemma Mrs Rat has brought to my attention …I’ve come up with a solution she can follow me around in one of our other vehicles…… plenty of room there…😌

@steve2006 Don’t know the car personally done a little bit of internet research but haven’t found anything……I would suggest that the mileage is a bit low for it to have been a press hack but it is possible
As regards the MOT history yes I saw that but many cars had these discrepancies during the COVID changes not unusual…..

I see that there’s a launch edition Lc on the above site with less than 2k miles, it’s a 17 plate and being sold by reputable dealership in Gloucestershire, I guess if you are happy with the fussy interior on these could make a remarkable buy if bought for the right money.

@NemesisUK It’s a thought matey I’ve increased the size of the garage ……so I can fill it….I’ve looked at the Lexus dealers near to me and all they’ve got is hybrids….
I do like the look of the Lc Black but don’t really want to drop another £100k on a car, the Vantage V12VS was about that . Anyway Mrs Rat is still hankering for that little place in France.
And the Lc is a great Gt car to get there and back…anyway how are you and yours ?

Evening guys while you are all discussing the virtues of your Lc’s I don’t suppose anyone has a picture of the space under the boot floor for additional storage….of a V8 of course as the Hybrids are full of electrical gubbins

No probs…..Yes the unit as viewed from the rear is one piece and the two chrome oval tips slide over the small protrusions…and tack welded as per attached pic….
