  2. Cheers...lexus woodford said to me 150 about a year ago.....and 150 to fit.... Edgeware Rd told me 300 to buy and 500 all in for fitting...!!!
  3. Hi, Does anyone know how much Lexus charge to buy the lights without them fitting them? Cheers
  4. Thanks alot for you help guys....Still a bit of contradiction.... :D The guy at the MOT place said hed pass it anyway as i got my 4 tyres from him....
  5. Cheers for the info....my mate tried to tell me that they dont look at the fogs....i didnt believe him! Think i got quoted 400 quid from Lexus to buy/fit new ones. :)
  6. Hi Guys, My front fogs dont work at the moment. The seals have gone. Im due for an MOT next week. Will it fail due the fog lights? Cheers BB
  7. Its Lexus Woodford. Where do you take yours?
  8. I did, but they never got back to me....Ive been sick of calling the lately as it seems like im always chasing them. Had a few problems in jan with the car.
  9. Hi Guys, Just had a new ECU fitted. Lexus gave me instructions to code the spare key. They said to put the key in ignition, turn until all the lights come on, turn off. Then open and close the drivers door. Only cant remember if I need to take the key out of the barrell before opening the door. Anybody had to do this before? Cheers
  10. Hi Guys, Lexus fitted a new ECU and the problem cleared. They checked the windscreen for leaks and electrics for water and could find nothing! Im still convinced the windscreen caused this as it was replaced last tuesday afternoon and by the evening the lights were on. Sadly dont see any way how i can prove it! Any ideas? James at Lexus - Woodford was very good. It should have been £980 all in, but he called Lexus GB and they agreed to do it with 50% discount. It wasnt good having to spend more money but that helped alot. I still have to programe the 2nd key, they said to put it in the ignition, turn until the lights come on, switch off then open and close the door. Is this the correct method? Didnt do it yet as needed the car for work and didnt want to be stuck if i done it wrong. Cheers
  11. Sounds like a good deal. How easy are they to fit?
  12. Its 700 quid.....the manager said he would speak to Lexus GB about getting a discount as the car has done 43,000 and has full ser history.....hope not too cos im skint this month!!!
  13. Any ideas how i will be able to prove the the RAC have made a hash of fitting the screen? Im thinking it might be difficult to prove, then Im going to get stung for even more money!!
  14. Thanks every1 for the advice. Its still with Lexus as they are trying a new ECU on monday to rule out it out. Just have to wait and see what they come back with . Im gutted, didnt expect all this headache just from getting a new screen fitted.
  15. Lexus still cant find any issues, he ECU logs arent showing anything. They want to try and replace the ECU. Supracharge, thanks for your help. How would the windscreen have caused this to happen? Any help is much appreciated.
