Hi guys,

My cup holder lights have stopped working even when I try changing from normal mode to sport when it usually goes from blue to red......

Would any of you guys know how to (with instructions) change the bulbs?

I'm assuming removing the top plastic part but im reluctant to take things apart if I dont know what I'm doing.....61 plate so worth taking back to dealership to get this replaced?

Many thanks

Jon

I thought they were LED's rather than bulbs. If the red and blue have stopped working then I think its more likely to be something else so it might be easier to let the dealer take a look, although I'm not sure I would really miss them if they stopped working!

i have been thinking about this and they can be turned off & on through LPS

lexus personalised settings No 30 is to turn on & off the cup holder lights

get your dealer to check it out just in case there has been a computer

glitch and the lights have been turned off

Are you sure they are not just illuminated under certain conditions? e.g. lights on and/or with ignition on.

I will be honest though, mine always seem to be on regardless if ext lights are on. Scroll through your setting off steering wheel mode button & check light sensitivity setting etc. may be linked - somehow.

or make the in app purchase to open up the the cutomizations and an elm 327 adapter (£5'ish) either Bluetooth or wifi

and you can change the settings yourself without going to lexus.
